Our Bye-Buy Bag option is just another easy way for you to participate in our Sweet Swaps Kids Consignment Sale Event!  We are excited to provide you an opportunity to say BYE to gently used items your family has out grown while allowing someone else to BUY your items at a fraction of retail prices.  This convenient option allows you to sell your items at our sale – while saving you time on preparing, tagging and delivering your items.

Participation is simple!

– Bye-Buy Bag Check List and Instructions
– Tagging Service Inventory Form

 When you receive your bag from us:

  • Fill your bag with acceptable baby, kid, teen, maternity or woman’s clothing, shoes and accessories.
  • Complete the enclosed the Bye-Buy Bag check list.
  • Return your filled bag back to us!

Sweet Swaps does the rest!

  • Our Terrific Tagging Team will price, prepare, tag, store and deliver your items to our sale.
  • We will enter your items into our computerized inventory system and send you an email once completed. You can then check and track your sales on our website.
  • When we receive you returned bag, you will also be entitled to one consignor presale pass where you can shop our sweet deals and save money on great items at a fraction of retail prices.  (just bring photo id for admittance into our consignor presale).

Earnings and Fees

You will earn 50% of your total sales (minus the $10.00 consignor fee).  The Bye-Buy Bag Service fee is $5.00 and will be deducted from your final earnings.  The fee for our Terrific Tagging service is $5.00 for the first 50 items and covers the cost of supplies (hangers, printing, card stock, safety pins, zip ties, zip lock bags, packing tape, etc.).  Fees will be deducted from your final proceeds – so you do not have any upfront cost.

Unsold Items – Bye-Buy Bag Service

Items should be received at least 3 weeks prior to the first day of the sale.  If your items are received after the deadline, we cannot guarantee our Terrific Taggers will be able to prepare your items, however, we will do our absolute best to ensure your items are tagged and entered into the sale if received at least 2 week prior to the sale.  You will be notified via email if your items were received after the deadline.

Please note:  Your option for unsold items MUST be specified on your Consignor Agreement.  If you do not specify your option  on your Consignor Agreement, we will default your selection to Option 1 –  which indicates you will collect your items during our standard consignor pick up.  Please remember – items will not be returned to you if they are not picked up during our scheduled consignor pick up time and will become property of Sweet Swaps Consignments, LLC, and will likely be donated to families in need or to a charity of our choice.
