Pick Up Service?

Known to our Sweet Swaps Family as our “Presto Pick-up Service”, it is another convenient way for you to participate in our Sweet Swaps Kids Consignment Sale event.  This option can be used if you are either a Terrific Tagging Service Consignor or a Traditional Consignor.  Currently, there is a cost of $5.00 for this service and includes pick-up from your home.  Fees are deducted from your final proceeds at the end of the sale – so you don’t have any upfront cost.

Presto Pick-up appointments will begin 3 months prior to the sale and will end 2 weeks prior to the sale.   Appointments will be available during some weekday evenings and on weekends.  Appointments will fill up fast and will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.  When requesting a pick up, please provide a description of your items and details of any large items so we can be sure we can accommodate you.  Please note:  Larger items that cannot be picked up by our Presto Pick-up service can still be brought directly to the sale on drop off days. (i.e., cribs, dressers, rockers, etc.)


Traditional Consignor:  You prepare, enter into inventory, tag and hang your items and we will pick them up from you. Avoid drop off schedules and waiting in line.  You choose a date and time that is convenient for you … this also allows you to clean up and clean out sooner.
Terrific Tagging Consignor:  Provides a full service consignment option.  You simply wash, fold and pack your items and we will pick them up from you!   Our Terrific Tagging Team will enter each item into our online inventory system, hang, tag, store and deliver of your items to our sale.   Please visit our Tagging Service page for full details. 


You must complete the consignor registration prior to requesting our pick up service.  If you have not already registered as a consignor, you may do so here.

Acceptable Items

When using our Presto Pick-up service, we will accept clothing size infant to maternity, accessories, toys, books, shoes, craft and electronic items.  Designer brand woman’s clothing and accessories will also be accepted.  Some items are prohibited or may be too large for our Presto Pick-up service option.  Please visit our What We Do / Do Not Accept page for details on what items you may consign.  We currently do not have a maximum limit on the number of items you may consign using this service, however you are required to enter a minimum of 25 items with a resale value of at least $150.00 to request our Pick-up service option.  

Item Preparation

Traditional Consignor – Please be sure to follow our Item Preparation and How to Tag Your Items instructions to properly prepare, enter, tag and hang your items.  Please be sure to enter items that would pass onsite inspection as we will not be able to place unacceptable items on the sales floor.
Tagging Service Consignor – Items must be freshly laundered and folded.  Outfits that should be hung together must be folded together.  Items may be submitted in bags, however, we prefer baskets, bins or boxes.  Please label your bag or bin with your name and consignor number so we can have it available during consignor pick up.   We recommend you bring your own basket, bag, box or bin to item pick up to collect any unsold items.  Our Terrific Tagging staff will price your items according to our suggested pricing list, however, if you would like to set your own prices you may do so by printing and filling out our Terrific Tagging Service Inventory Form and include it with your items.

Unsold Items

All consignors are able to pickup unsold items at the end of the sale during our designated consignor pickup time.  If you provided us with a box or bin labeled with your consignor number, it will be available for pick up at this time.  If not, we do recommend you bring your own basket, bag, box or bin to collect any unsold items.  We will make every effort to help you sell as many of your items as possible, however all of your items may not sell, so we have created  several options for you to choose from to ensure your unsold items are handled properly.
