A Sweet Swaps Kids Consignment Sale Event provides you the opportunity to sell your new or gently used infant, kids, juniors, maternity and woman’s clothing shoes and accessories, kids toys, books and educational material, baby gear and equipment, electronics and much more.  Clean out, cash in and shop the best in boutique and name brand items at bargain prices before the sale opens to the public!

You pick the option that works best for you!   

 

Traditional Consignor

  • Earn 65% of your total sales, minus the consignor fee.
  • Register as a consignor and complete the Consignor Agreement.
  • You prepare, price and tag 25 or more items, and deliver them to the sale during a scheduled consignor drop off appointment.

Super Seller Consignor

  • Earn 70% of your total sales, minus the consignor fee.
  • Register as a consignor and complete the Consignor Agreement.
  • You prepare, price and tag 500 or more (accepted) items, and deliver them to the sale during a scheduled consignor drop off appointment.

Volunteer Consignor

  • Earn up to 75% of your total sales, minus the consignor fee.
  • Register as a consignor and also register as a volunteer.
  • Complete both the Consignor and Volunteer Agreements.
  • You prepare, price and tag 25 or more items, and deliver them to the sale during a scheduled consignor drop off appointment.
  • Work at least 2 volunteer shifts to earn 70% of your total sales.  Work at least 4 volunteer shifts to earn 75% of your total sales.

VIP – Tagging Service Consignor 

  • Earn 50% of your total sales, minus the consignor and tagging fees.
  • Register as a consignor and complete the Consignor Agreement and Tagging Service Acknowledgement.
  • Enter 25 or more items to sell, with a resale value of $150.00 or more.
  • Schedule a time to drop off your items with us, at a neutral drop off location, at least 2 weeks prior to the sale.
  • You can also choose to Mail In your items or use our home Pick Up service for an additional fee.
  • Our Terrific Tagging team will prepare, price, tag and deliver your items to the sale, or to set your own prices, you can complete our Terrific Tagging Service Inventory Form and include it with your items.

Fundraising Partner Consignor

Partner with your child’s school or day care center,  your church or your favorite community organization to help them raise funds too!
  • You earn 50% of your total sales, minus the consignor fee.
  • Your elected Fundraising Partner organization earns 15% of your total sales.
  • You register as a consignor and complete the Consignor Agreement and Fundraising Acknowledgement found on the Consignor Agreement.
  • You prepare, price and tag 25 or more items, and deliver them to the sale during a scheduled consignor drop off appointment.
  • If you work at least 1 volunteer shift, your Fundraising Partner will earn 25% of your total sales.

Fundraising Organization Consignor

Note:  This option is for Schools, Day Care Centers, Kid Related Businesses, Faith Based and Other Community Organizations
  • Your organization will earn 65% of your total sales, minus the consignor fee.
  • Your organization elects a representative manage the consignment process.
  • Your representative registers as a consignor and completes the Consignor Agreement and Fundraising Acknowledgement.
  • Your representative collects the items your members donate to your organization.
  • Your representative coordinates the preparation, pricing and tagging of your items and delivers them to the sale during a scheduled consignor drop off appointment.
  • If your organization submits 500 or more (accepted) items to sell, you will earn 70% of your total sales.
  • If your elected representative or any other staff member works at least 1 volunteer shift, your organization will earn 75% of your total sales.

Additional Information:

  • A $10.00 consignor fee is deducted from your total earnings to help cover a portion of the facility rent, security, insurance, marketing and all other costs associated with the event.
  • Fees are deducted from your earnings at the end of the sale so you don’t have any upfront cost.
